Combined with dynamic classes, a nutrition package, shop smart tours, and healthy eating presentations, this RESULTS DRIVEN program will get you on the path of a healthier life style. I have seen the results from everyone that has been committing to classes and making healthy lifestyle and nutrition changes. My program isn't just classes you attend, its an experience!! I want you to be excited to come to classes and look at exercise as rewarding and enjoyable!! My goal is to teach everyone to how to train efficiently and do what feels good for your body! With a combination of positive energy, good nutrition, consistent exercise and commitment to change you will not only look better, but feel better and think clearer! If you don't learn how to live a healthy life style, you will never get the results you deserve!! Results that stick don't come from exercise alone, you need the whole package!!!

Program Rates for the JANUARY Program
Cardio Class You dont need to run to get a good cardio workout! This class involves some big walks and hikes in Peterson creek and various downtown/ lower sahali areas. This class is a great way to get that cardio workout in with a great supportive group! No one is ever left behind!! | Core Mat Class All you need is a mat for this one! Learn proper form and technique when working all areas of your core. This includes your back and abdominals. Learn proper isolation of the lower abdominals to maximize your results. | Dynamic Core Class For this class all you need is a mat and I will supply equipment to give you a challenging core workout. This circuit style class is fast paced and a full body workout! Don't be afraid to sweat in this class! | Kettle Bell Classes What is a Kettlebell? A kettlebell is a portable cast iron weight that looks like a canon ball with a handle! Unlike traditional dumbbells, the kettlebell's center of mass is extended beyond the hand allowing for a wide variety of ballistic and swinging movements. The basic movements, such as the swing, snatch, and the clean and jerk, engage your whole body. These functional exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, hips, core, and shoulders. Kettlebell Technique Class- This class is geared towards people wanting to learn proper form and technique with their kettlebell. You will learn progressions each week so this is one class you will want to be consistent with. **space limited if you do not have your own kettlebell** Kettlebell Circuit- This class uses your more traditional weightlifting exercises and is for any level. Kettlebells are set up in a circuit style class and you rotate through each station. **space is limited unless you have your own kettlebell** | Pilates This mat class with teach your the fundamentals of core strength which will improve your posture and flexibility. Learn how to identify and isolate your core muscles. | Strength and Conditioning Class This classes style always changes but you are guaranteed a great workout with functional exercises. This class is great to learn proper form and technique with weight lifting and get some new ideas for your own training program. Go at your own pace and bring your own weights. | Walking with Weights Cardio Class This power walking class is for all levels of fitness! We meet for an outdoor power walk and do various upper body exercises with light weights. Recommended 3-8lbs weights for this class but feel free to come without the weights!! |
