My personalized training packages are specifically tailored to your lifestyle. The initial consultation is free to determine your needs and goals. As part of your program, we will start with a full 1hr assessment covering posture analysis, fitness ability, nutritional habits, stress levels, and find where imbalances may lie. We will look at your lifestyle as a whole to determine a realistic plan. We will set goals and determine what motivates you to reach them, I will educate you on the habits essential for a healthy lifestyle and give you the tools to make these habits stick. Results that stick wont come from exercise alone. You will commit to accepting change, taking responsibility for your health, and taking action towards a long and healthy life.

Whether it is gym programs, home programs, sport specific programs, or weekly training sessions with me, I will develop a realistic plan that best suits you. Consistent exercise suited to your lifestyle with a combination of proper nutrition is the key to your success.

Personal Training Program Rates


Single Program- $100/hr


5 Program Package- $350

  • Fitness assessment and measurements
  • Nutrition package including meal plan
  • Goal setting

 

10 Program Package- $650

  • Fitness Assessment and measurements
  • Goal Setting and weekly/monthly plan
  • Nutrition Package including meal plan
  • Shop Smart Tour at Save On (on selected dates with Dietician Simone Jennings)

 

Kettlebell Program- $150 (good for 4 weeks)

  • you can purchase kettlebell
  • home program to work on
  • 2 sessions with me (first initial and then another in 2 weeks for progressions and technique adjustments)


Pilates Program- $150 (good for 4 weeks)

  • home program to work on
  • 2 sessions with me (first initial and then another in 2 weeks for progressions and technique adjustments)

Wendy took me from middle-aged lazy to middle-aged crazy (for being fit).  At my first session, I remember asking if the treadmill could go any slower.  She said "sure, if I turn it off..." but she didn't laugh at me then, or any other time, and she was very patient with my first stability ball and balance board anxieties. I am 63, and I found physical fitness to be attainable and fun for the first time in my life.
