Being a personal trainer is not a job to me, it is a lifestyle. It’s about building relationships and supporting people in reaching their goals. I have an appreciation for life and I love to help people get the most out of it by showing them how to build strength both inside and out. Training with me goes beyond exercise and working out. Change starts from within and it is my passion to find out what drives people to get them to succeed in reaching their goals. Nutrition and lifestyle are key components and I am committed to helping people find the right balance in their lives.

Life truly is about balance! We juggle a lot in our daily lives. The stronger and more balanced we can build our bodies, the less susceptible we will be to injury and always be at our best. Being balanced on the inside is important too! Change starts from within, whether its wrapping your head around a new exercise technique, understanding quality nutrition, or figuring out what drives you to your goals... or what stops you... Training with me goes beyond exercise. Let me help you on your path to success!


 
Simone Jennings

Registered Dietitian

Simone holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Nutrition and Health, with a major in Dietetics from the University of British Columbia. She is registered with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia and is a Member of the national organization Dietitians of Canada. Simone has a passion for educating people about healthy eating and she provides nutrition tours at Save On Foods, group workshops and individual consultations.
