12 Week Femsport Training Program

Femsport is an all female fitness competition MARCH 31st 2012 up at TCC. There are 5 events to compete in including box jumps, pull ups, 250lb tire flip, an obstacle course and kettlebell run. Anybody, any age, and any fitness level can enter!

This competition is a great way to set a challenging goal and push yourself farther than you ever have! Join my 12 week training camp with a variety of weekly classes to choose from including specific event training, strength and conditioning circuits, pilates, kettlebells, and core.

Last FEMSPORT, Home Stretch Fitness had a team of 21 ladies! Everyone in the best shape of their lives after training consistently in my 12 week Femsport Training Program. We trained together, supported each other, encouraged each other, and we were all there for each other at the competition!

Your 12 week FEMSPORT Training package includes:

  • Your choice of weekly classes including-
  • Event practice classes (tire flip, box jumps, inverted rows, obstacle course, tire pull, and Kbell)
  • Femsport Cross training circuit classes (focus on cardio and strength)
  • Unlimited pilates/Kbell circuit and core classes (Classes will be held mornings/afternoons, evenings and weekends so there will be something for everyone)
  • Fitness Test
  • Initial and midway assessment
